My first question to you is, how do you think this area be benefited from the Jiyyo Mitra e-clinic kit?

Dr. Subhash Bidasar: In the light of the corona pandemic, the government of India has given the same authority, credibility, and trustability to telemedicine as that of physical consultation. I myself am an MD, medicine, and keeping in mind the problems people here face in this small town due to traveling for getting consultation from specialized doctors at far places for their respective illness. All the native people here can get timely treatment from the qualified doctors on the Jiyyo panel and can be healthy soon without any further problems of travel and extra costs related.

Our Representative: Sir, I had one more question. As you were going through the demo right now, we would like to ask how satisfied are you with working on this setup? Like how you use to consult physically versus the e-consultation!

Dr. Subhash Bidasar: I am totally satisfied, we also need to work on the mindset of the population here so that they can understand that e-consultation/virtual consultation is no different than physical consultation with the doctor. No matter if the doctor is just in front of you physically or via a display screen, you will get treated in the same manner.

As rightly said by our panelist doctor, with the evolution of telemedicine the world now believes in the power of e-consultation.

Without any compromise, the patient-doctor consultation is just changed in the way of interaction, not in the way of outcome. The outcome was and is always be the improved health of the patient whether the interaction is via face-to-face conversation or via e-consultation.
